The staff's knowledge, friendliness and service was outstanding. We had a blowout on our RV, we walked in 1 hour before closing, and they accommodated us, tagged teamwork to replace 6 tires in 96° heat. GREAT JOB.

The absolute nicest and most professional team I have ever met! Before I even arrived, I had a wonderful conversation with Chris, who took the time to listen, answer my questions, and help me figure out exactly what I needed. I had an issue with my online payment, and instead of adding to my stress, Chris immediately put my mind at ease. He assured me that he would help me work through it when I arrived, and that's exactly what he did. From the moment I walked through the door, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. It's not often that you find a team that is not only highly skilled at what they do but also genuinely cares about their customers. I felt respected, valued, and confident that I was in good hands throughout the entire process. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, this team truly stands out. Thank you, Chris, and the entire crew, for making what could have been a stressful situation such a positive experience. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, professional, and exceptional automotive service!

This place was amazing! Made me feel welcomed. They had my name of the board when I arrived. I arrived for my appointment 10mins prior, they noticed my car and immediately came out to greet me. About four men welcomed me and examined my tires. I initially made the appt. Due to a nail in my tire, I do like the feeling of driving on a spare tire. Due to the evaluation, I went with the shop recommendations and purchased two tires. The men in the shop greeted me and said good morning. One of the employees helped me safely get out and back into my car. Amazing service! I was out in 10-15mins! I definitely recommend this place. Thank you Discount tires for the phenomenal customer and vehicle service! See you soon for my other tires!

In over 30 years of purchasing tires and having service work done in Greensboro, this was by far the BEST experience I've ever had. A huge shoutout goes to Chris Lewis, store manager, as well as the super friendly and courteous team on site. The waiting time was lightning fast, my name was on a placard when I arrived, and I was treated like a highly valued customer. I and my family will be purchasing all our tires from this location in the future. Discount Tire on W. Gate City Blvd. comes with my very highest recommendation! A+++

I had been to this Discount Tire location before, but it had been many years ago. I went today and purchased 4 new tires. They were done in 45 minutes. Everyone was very professional, very polite, very efficient, and really understood the meaning of customer service. I was so impressed and I will definitely be back in 6k miles for that free rotation. Thanks guys!
